Wednesdays on the Stoop: Favorite Last Lines w/Alisha Berry

Participants will bring a last line from a poem or story to share--whether something you love or blew you away when you first read. We will make a master document of these and give participants time to work from one of the lines shared (or take the time to work on whatever else you want.) In the end, there will be a brief check-in about how the writing time went for each of us.
Alisha Berry lives in Philadelphia and has spent most of her life here. She is the director of Camp Sojourner, Girls' Leadership Camp, and has been an activist, educator, and writer for the past twenty-five years. Her poetry has been published in Apiary Magazine and Friends Journal.

Wednesdays On the Stoop is a series of free writing programming by Zoom every Wednesday from 4 pm - 5 pm. From accountability co-writing to generative prompts to discussions of exciting forms and authors of all genres, these sessions are designed to be a constant structure--every Wednesday at 4 you can count on Blue Stoop to plug you into your writing energy with an informal and supportive session.
